Basically i was made redundant in the first week of april, i was given no notice and still havent had a payout. Also they owed me a months wages as the cheque bounced when they went into administration. Just found out that the management team have bought the company out and still trade but with only half the stores. Annoying part is they haven't contacted me to give me a payout or anything. Twats!!! Mite go up to Blackpool and pay there head office a visit and slap the fake tanned, dyed hair bellend of a director!!
Unless anyone in Blackpool area is bored
Oh and the company is the not so fashionable EISENEGGER

If they bought the company without responsibility for it's former debts, then they have no liability towards you. You should contact the administrators of the former company, as if they owed you money, then you are one of their creditors and should be paid out from the proceeds of sale of the company and its assets.

Make sure you get yourself known to the insolvency service.

It'll make things quicker if they've got all your details already.
