parked at a set of traffic lights this morning on the way to work.i was waiting for them to change green,a woman pulls up behind me in a honda civic when a van rams here up the arse end at about 40mph she then hit my car and fooked the rear end,bumper tailgate,rear panel and few other bits.gonna cost her insurance £774 to fix it.never mind it needed some paint anyway

Would feel harsh if I was the woman will she claim off the van for both yours and hers damages?

i had exactly the same happen last sunday on the way back from mod nationals .....shes sent a cheque today thankfully

yeah was the golf that got it jr.i have to claim off her,she then has to claim off him for all damages,they have said her car is a write off it was totally crushed.she got some bad whiplash aswell.i felt sorry for her in a way as it wasn't her fault my car got trashed.
