Silver corsa C had some how gone too fast into a bend and half spun in on the outskirts of town (40mph limit) the back end had gone up a armco barrier that goes over a canal

Rather lucky not to have gone further but it seemed to have broke all the N/S suspension and ripped the wing away, and the back end was as i said in the air, next time i went past the police were there with it off the barrier. Not sure how they did that unless they just pulled it

Could be the ESP braking when you least want it too?

admitably the roads were wet, but for the back end to come out seems alittle strange. unless it understeered and he braked or something

didnt see any school girls just 2 blondes who seemed older than 16

The electronic saftey stuff that decides to dab the brakes to control a slide etc. Not sure if it comes as standard on Corsa C's but mines got it. (it may be EPS or something similar)

I'll have to check when I get home, I'm a fool if im wrong but i'm sure its got some safety thing (not ABS) that can brake indivdual wheels in the event of a slide. If you lift off mid bend and start to slide the car will automatically drop the rev's and brake the relevant wheel. You get a small light that flashes on your dash when it interveens?
