Rebound is the only way

Also realiseing you were better off without her and that u can do better helps also

I split up with my ex, then got straight into another relationship, which has been even better.

But take a break if she really messed you up

it was a mutual split wich was good for a little while, a bit of space to our selves, then i asked her back ( thinking she'd say yes ) but no go.

so i've been out with the lads and have pulled.

1 bird was an alcoholic
1 bird told me she had fancied me for 5 years
and the other threw me out her house as i would not have sex with her

so not much luck on the girl front, but hope things will get better

spend lot of time with mates, people who make you laugh, get pissed have some drunken sex with some lass you prob wont see again. works like a charm, i just realised too late that it works. i was really down for about 2 months and then thought to myself i'm gonna get laid tonight and i did. forgot all bout her especially when the sex all round was better! then work, and as i dont mod my car no more i just used to go out every single weekend and just gettin wit some bird who helped u forget! just delete her number too! this is a good move, throw all her stuff away(u have no need for it)!!!! i'd say go out this weekend and get hammered and just enjoy yourself! remember alcohol is an anti-depressant!
