I'm very interested in getting one of these

And using a TV tuner card in my PC to watch TV through it, will it be any good? Its £550 for a 20" Widescreen so is quite a lot cheaper than a LCD/Plasma TV.

Any thoughts?

I didnt ask for thoughts about the actual products, I asked for thoughts about how good it would be as a TV combined with a TV card in my PC

Apple Cinema Display? Check before you buy that it doesn't use the Apple connection for the monitor, like a lot of Apple Monitors do.
