wat insurance companies offer no claims for months aswell as years.... i think Tesco and Norwich Union do but i haven't managed to find anything on their websites, is it best to phone them?

norwich union do 9month polices if your 17-21, you just do a normal quote and at the end of the quote it gives you an option to do "rapid bonus"
