Been having these since friday, anyone else had them an what have you done about it and how long did you get them for?

I cant lift weights or have sex and its fucking painful when i try, instant severe pounding in my head, forces me to lie down for 20minutes until it dies down to just a gentle throb

Ye i have but they all say the same thing, and i will goto a doctors but that will be on tuesday due to monday being a bank holiday!

I was just wondering if anyone has had it and how long they had it for until they could exert themselves
