They asked me to send all my details in (modified vehicle report, alarm details etc)
So I sent them
Got home from work today to find a letter saying that as of the 2nd June I am no longer covered
Doesn't even seem to give a reason
And because of the Bank holiday I can't get in contact with them until Tuesday the 31st
I had problems like this last year, they might be cheap but they are totally dumb at times.

No this is where I post saying Performance Direct are extremely pro-active in sending documentation. They even sent a letter out the next day after a telephone conversation to confim my insurance wouldn't go up after the XE conversion.

They certainly are
Really annoys me how they take down a contact number but never seem to want to ring me on it if there is a problem.

adrian flux are good as long as you do the running around and get the paper work sorted. I have 2 cars insured with them and both times any comunication of I have with them I put in writing to confirm and send registered post. I also always ask them for conformation in writing of any changes etc.
At the end of the day they give you 2 weeks to fill in and send the enginners report if its laste that is not there fault only your own.
They are cheap but you do get what you pay for.

I think they're shit aswell. I hope they accepted my correction of their error of mileage allowances otherwise i've gone over my allowance by 5,000 miles already and i'm only 3 months into my policy..

ive found adrian flux to be helpful, but when i first insured my car it took them 9 weeks to send the proper certificate of insurance. they sent out 3 cover notes for that period, but i dont see how it can take that long for a proper certificate
also, my renewal is only 20% cheaper with a years extra no claims
