We have the Powermac G5, it's great. But don't expect a lot of PC games to be made with Mac versions if you want to play games.

I have a new G5 here at work. got it to do the advertising on etc. It's awesome and connected straight to my windows network and shares. I'm a converted Mac fan thanks to it! Looks so good too!

I would be using it to do alot of graphic design work. Animation and that sort of thing, not a massive gamer myself so wont be using it for games.
The only concern I have is a restriction on the use of software.
Cheers

Forget the dual processor ones but look at the prices and specs for say the single 2.5 ghz ones...Please don't tell me a system could not be built better for under £1000 never mind paying £1300 +.
