you need to phone up O2 mate and get them to activate it all - they send you some application, but once thats all installed, your all ready to go

i have those settings saved on my phone already can either have O2mms or O2GPRS

u may have the "settings" on ur phone but o2 have to activate the services to your number

MMS you need activated on ther Message setting within the Message part of your menu

GPRS ones need to be activated in the "Service" bit on your menu

I have o2 sim card but my phone was not originally on o2 so mms does not work for an o2 sim card to allow mms it has to be an original o2 handset

Not always the case

As long as O2 have the setting for it you should be fine


Eg - If you buy a 6230 on Orange it would work for MMS on O2. You just need the setting sent down to it

However

If you had a Sharp GX30 that was only available on Vodafone you wouldn't be able to do MMS as O2 wouldn't have the settings for it

Came up I have a new mms & I could see who it was from but couldnt open it!!!
