you working as a tech monkey steve? thought you went in for netowork admin?
i did it for an ISP over summer though, aye pay isn't too bad, but its stressful when you have to talk to customers for an hour explain how to operate a computer - makes you wonder if some people should have them 
although its quite funny when some tosser goes off on one saying how its your fucking fault etc etc - always good to share the call with others in that situation

I have to do support, I get very stressed with some of the calls especially the ones who think they know what they are doing but clearly don't.
