I owe them 5.70 for a film from ages ago, had a letter and now they are phoning me up. Anyone ever worked for them?
Thinking about saying ive no idea what they are on about,
will they just scrap it or should i just go in and pay it off?

we used to just leave it unless the film wasnt returned, quite funny when smack heads came in wanting to register and they had forgotten they already owed money from about 5 years ago

It was my girlfriend that forgot to take it back for two days.
I'm going to go in tonight, pretend to rent another film and then kick off when they say i owe 5.70 and say i didn't rent it. Worth a shot.
