Its widely known the quality of brands like fox is rubbish, but what about the other ones, what would be the makes to steer away from? (no pun intended)

Vauxhall's alloys are good, they are made by a firm called Ronal (famous for their R10 turbo alloys) i had a set of astra mk4 10 spoke alloys on my last car

Whats wrong with them? I have KEI wheels on my car and I cant see what the problem is! Surely it doesnt matter if a wheel is made from softer material, you should drive properly and not kurb them

Heard bad reports about KEI rims just buckling from the course of everyday driving, ie potholes etc.

My technomags have been fantastic, only bent one once when I hit something hard and immovable at 80+ leptons per hour.

i've heard about kei/arospeed rims being crap too, also have a friend with toora 5's and they went flat between the spokes, werent even that old.

also excite/wolfrace/asia tec can be soft, u get what u pay for really.

most german makes are very very strong, eg ronal, rh, borbet etc.

I was thinking of getting Excite R08. Would you say they are poor quality as they are only about £450 in 17's
