Mainly a question directed at Vibrio or Icy.. Can you give any tips on using photoshop to enhance the pictures? also what programme do you use for the Borders, I'm going on an Astrasport mini meet with some pretty decent backdrops and i want to make the most of my pictures for the people going to keep!

Any help would be appreciated guys

frame - i jus select all so its highlighted all round
then edit/stroke dependin on size then set to "inside" then ok/apply it

editing - go to levels
thing pops up, hold down alt and drag the first slider til some color appears, do the same to the other side, this sets the levels up the proper way

or the lazy way use auto levels
auto color to correct the color balance

unsharp mask it before saving
filter/sharper/unsharp mask

set amount to how u would like it to look
radius 1.8
threshold 1

I have photoshop CS it cost me oral sex off ICY

most digial pics lack contrast and sometime under exposed.

I shoot raw so exposure not really a problem but for 95% of the shots I increase contrast usually by about 10

best to play about with settings saturation, contrast, levels, also use layers and screen that way you can control the level of brightness you achive

Saturation generally looks good but unnatural, use sparingly.

this is the jpeg from the camera which has in camera processing done to it

looks much better. What settings do you apply to improve pictures to that extent?? Or is it just trial and error?
