This is the scene I was greeted with when I left work 25 minutes ago. Has been pouring with rain all day and all night. The damp has now turned into a full puddle. . I have tried turning my heater off and switching it to cold. It also means I can't drive with my heaters on because the car steams up .

Think it's a leak . It seems to be coming down from behind the pedals.

Have you had an alarm fitted at any point? Could be a drilled hole that the water is getting through

more likely to be coming from around the scuttle panel/windscreen area. thats a lot of water, too much to leak through a grommet.

If I remember rightly there is a plug (where all the wires go through) near the bonnet reaease thing. Make sure its still in place and secure

Is has got an Aftermarket alarm.

I thought the water would be getting in through the scuttle panel.

I know nothing about a plug by the bonnet pull.

My heaters function perfectly. Would this not happen if the matrix was fooked?

I'm not in the habit of pissing myself when driving

doubt it if his heaters are working properly

Deffinately a leak from somewhere though check your doorseals, any grommits/blanking plugs!

Best thing to do is get a mate/relative to sit in car and put a hose over it and see where the water is coming through i know it sounds daft but theres water there already so a little more aint going to matter
