Its obviously been bashed by something, likely another heavier parcel, it would have been loaded in a 40ft trailer with 2-3000 other pkgs for its trip to and from the hub. Most damaged happen here where the load shifts whilst on the road.
Obviously the way an item is packed should protect it but unfortunately accidents do happen. Its always when you have something important coming as well

If the UPS person who delivered that is anything like the UPS drivers we have come to our work then i'm not surprised. They literally throw stuff into the wagon. Bearing in mind we sell wallpaper that costs up to £30 per roll and fabric worth up to £50 p/m, quite bad really. We were losing £25k a month due to stock replacement from deliveries. That said some are ok and do it properly. Some are always in a rush though and have no time to do it properly.

How were you losing £25k a month in damages?? Theres always some arse who doesnt care about what they're delivering/collecting, you'll be glad to know i aint one of em
