Ring your previous insurer they will have it on record but should have sent you proof anyway

well if its anything like directline they simply renew your policy without asking even if u have got rid of the car weeks before the policy ended (and told them about it!) and then they refuse to send out your NCB certificate until you return the new insurance certificate (which you havent even recieved and never asked for in the first fecking place!) grrr
