its really annoying me now... how do you change the settings so when you open a new internet window its automatically maximised!?

so annoying having to click on that fookin box in the corner!

Try closing down IE but make sure the last window you close is maximised.

sorry i meant when you right click something and click on "open in new window" as i do it all the time

Yeah, do what I said then next time you open new windows the open the same as your last closed one. I think.

i know what youre saying. works with some things but not with this :S doesnt really matter too much. just annoying!

You can't do it afaik. Looked into it a while ago. Never found out how to do it.
My quick launch is set to open maximised and the opening links from IE you just have to live with.

When the IE box is small, resize it using the corner-drag method so it fills up the whole screen. This way, it'll be maximised if you press the button or not, and it saves this way, so long as the last window closed is a fullsize one.

i know what you mean ren, and i did that ages ago. thing is im a perfectionist (more like ODD ) and it needs to be proper max lol, i need that extra mm!

Just double click the bar at the top, every time you open a new page. Probably different to start off with, but beats clicking the button.

You'll get used to it too!
