Went for a power nap at 6 intending to get up at 8 to go to the pub, but slept till 10.30 now i cant sleep

i went night fishing last night stayed up till about 8am then fell asleep till 3:30 well wrecked me now! dunno whether i wanna sleep or stay up..

happens to the best of us, the worst thing is trying to peel it off, i find gettin in the shower and letting it gradually peel back the best method agreed u drag a bedsheet with u and only have 1 working hand but at the end of the day better than having some skin grafts on ure fella'
