how much?

needs bearings,rod bolts,piston rings, stem seals.

and usual full gasket set, cambelt rollers etc

need a rough price?

to be honest your better of going to your local engineering firm and asking them how much they will charge

how much is a oil pump aswell

lots of differnt places to be honest, mostly LMF some e-bay, some autovaux, some local motorfactors.

or you can get the head done for you. it gets stripped, chemical clean, gas flowed, re-built (including valve seats cut and valves re-lapped etc...) delivery back and a full gasket set.




for £260!!!!
