and the police pulled over a car, they said that because it didnt have a silencer on the exhaust it was illegal  but as long as u pass MOT with ure exhaust then surely it is legal otherwise it couldn't pass, was he just trying to scare the lad or is he right?
it was a nissan pulsar btw and from the looks of it only had a backbox, it was also an 03 car reg on the omega pulling it so i dunno about laws .etc but i thought he was wrong saying what he did.....
