Have to have someone there to manually reconnect. I may have sorted that problem as the firmware has been upgraded to the latest version and am going to run a few tests 2moro

still not able to connect...
after it says "verifying username and password"
about 10 seconds later i get this...



anyone else ever had this problem?
cut out the router/firewall now too. and its still happening...

ADSL modem is: Netgear ADSL Modem DM602
