gearbox off a 1.6 sport without taking the engine out as well? looks as if it wont but thought id ask

yeh you can but its a complete arse to do... the gearbox is a heavy piece of shit and there so little room to work with in the engine bay... the even funnyer bit is putting it back on

i tryed to get the engine out the top to do it but ended up wasting 4 hours cursing and kicking the thing i gave in and just droped the whole lot out the bottom.... miles easyer to get the box off and back on again while its out on the ground...

also anyone thats doing this should replace the rear crankshaft oil seal while they have the clutch/flywheel off
