could someone please tell me the minimum wage for over 21year olds?

i work mainly bank hols and weekends so normally on about 8-10quid per hour but i want to do a couple of day shifts, currently paying £5 p/h (crap but i need cash for uni) so i need to kno what the minimum for 21+ is???
