think its only me that sez that 
my mates have vibe active gear (subs with amps built in) and they are great, no probs at all.
all the vibe subs ive had from 10s to 15's dont last for more than a few months before they start burning n popping.
and yes, i do wear them in properly

no im sure ya do mate just everyone on here thinks there poo but max power and Fast car always seam to think there ok.

ive got them, and a couple of mates have them and no trouble. subs and amps i mean. IMO they sound good!

I've got there square 6*9's i'm happy with them as they are 6*9s. They sound better than a mates and he's got sony 6*9's and a sub.

i think the stuff is ok, but people who say they are crap are the hardcore people who want to spend major money on RE stuff for example.

you really cant compare anything with sony gear IMO

exactly, max power etc.. test them for short periods and there fine, vibe seem to be known for there subs coils melting after a few months use, not ideal IMO, pay more and get quality that will last.

I've got a 15" vibe sub. it sounds good but after about 10 months it made a nasty noise. when i checked it out the cone had completely torn away from the voice coil. Its suppose to be 900 watt max and i'm running it on a 350 rms amp and it couldn't take the power

but what was the RMS of the sub?
