Yeah mate it is pure muscle, The Body work is pretty Standard on it aswell, If it wasn't plastered with SLR8000 and had the original SLR 5000 decals on it no-one would Know the Difference when the Bonnet was down

Yup and it would only cost you Around £4500 to buy a Genuine SLR5000 in A1 condition plus your Shipping along with TAX and DVLA charges...Which according to my uncle would come to no more than £7k or there abouts

Also you would need to fit a reversing Light as the Torana uses the Indicators for reversing lights When reverse is selected both the Indicators stay on instead of flashing which i dont think they would allow here

Just think £7k for a Car thats Just as Powerfull as a Monaro

yeah it is!! the old 308ci is good for 600bhp but most now have the 5.0 litre engine that were in VN Commodores from the 90's to comply with Fuel Emission laws, these engiens are still good for 6-700bhp but the daddy has to be the 5.7 litre LS1 Gen III Conversion that you find in the Monaro along with the Chevvy Corvette these can be tuned to inexcess of 1000bhp

Parts are readily available and a Vortech Supercharger for the 5.7 is available from Dynomotive in Australia giving you 655bhp at the wheel with 15psi of boost

Fuel Consumption of the old 5.0 litre 308 is slightly less than a monaro the Newer 5.0 to comply with Fuel Emissions is just as good as a monaro
