ok my mate is after a new car after hes sold his corsa....... 
hes got around 7,000 - 10,000 to spend with relatively cheap insurance.....
he wants something original and kinda unique (not something you see everyday)
he likes the idea of a kit car - ready build but open to sugestions!!........

he should spend less on the car and a little more on the insurance......then get somthing quicker........having said that i have very few ideas. Can't think of much that is rare and cheap.
