I ordered the wrong sized MMC card

It says you can return it, but as there are no humans invloved in this operation im a little worried the money will never appear on my credit card,

Anyone had an experience?

I haven't but a mate has. As long as you haven't opened it you'll be fine and your card will be refunded within 10 days I think.

I think they keep postage costs though...

Nice work fella prices are too good to be true, then i noticed the jersey postage stamp. Im guessing they have some of tax "deal"

Its so cheap because its so big and they have minimal overheads. a website and a warehouse costs nothing next to running a high street shop

I buy stuff from them all the time. They even sent me out 4 replacement DVDs free of charge when I never received them because of a stupid sorting office strike in Oxford last year.

Yup, the warehouse is in america. Back in the day, they used to label all packages as "Fragile" so they couldnt be opened by customs. They got caught out, and dont do it anymore... always thinking of the customer though

first time a company has actually emailed me back. it always gives u a mail address on a website but i never get replies, this time i did
