does anyone have radmin setup to see if i can connect to it from my work computer, i'm havin problems connecting to mine, even tried it on port 21 and 25

why would you set up rdp on 21(ftp) and 25(mail) ??

It's port 3389. You need to make sure Windows Firewall (or whever you're using) has the port open, too.
