What do you think the price of my engine should be if i decide to split? It will come with the managment all the shiny bits, gearbox shafts hoses with works.

i'd say if you just spent 5k on it, then sellin it is a stupid option because you'll never make your money back, you'll loose a shit load.

I'd say aim for 2.5k the lot, and leave it in the car so a buy can some drive the engine.

i think to be honest i would be looking for around the 2.5k for the complete engine running gear management shiny bits hoses the work which to be fair is under half the price you would have to pay plus it still needs running in

the bottom end is standard so to speak but had new bolts when the engine was fitted

THe head was built by blydesnstein it has got kent cams and verniers not too sure on the head spec, i could call blydenstein and find out

Keep the engine for yourself, break the rest of the car.

You'll be able to fit the engine into so many other projects in the future you'd be mad to get rid.
