use google mate, theres loads of places for CS maps for 1.6 and source 
Cstrike.net was one i believe 
again, do something similar for CS bots - although im not sure if any are available for CS Source

i dont think i have the new version..no cos i just installed it now.. it will take 4 ever im guessing to download the new version!?

cs source you have to pay for another licence as your 1.6 key wont work  so im still on 1.6, but i doubt my pc could handle source anyways 
although if you on bb mate, then when you connect to a server it will download the map you need etc and it gets saved anyways, so future plays you wont need to re-download etc
Although, bots are only usually if you want to host a local server to practice on - and tbh there AI arnt exactly hot, so you get to a point where it becomes boring
