I have tried using different programs but still get the same problem: all my uploads get to 100% then stop?

It's been happening for 2 weeks+ now and it's getting tiresome using the web based upload program provided by 1and1.

suppose so but it's not actually complete - it still says transferring and the file uploaded file is 0kb...sorry if that sounded stupid before

Try using Internet Explorer to upload the file.
