Thinking of getting a 4-2-1 manifold for a 1.4 16v corsa but it says with this fitted the EGR System will be disabled

so it would run fine with it being disabled, how much bhp would a 1.4 16v get from a 4-2-1 manifold roughly

dont know it you would have to blank it off to make it 100% but email them and ask, as you got to do somthing otherwise the engine light will be on....

How will fitting a exhaust manifold stop the EGR working?
It will disable your secondary air pump, not your EGR.
The EGR is on the back of the engine underneath the inlet manifold.

And the port for the EGR is in the side of port no.4 I think. only a new lower inlet manifold will block it off.
If you block it then it will do nothing, it you unlpug it then the ecu throws up codes and doesn't run the engine properly.
