is it easy or hard?

i have calipers, pads discs and little adapter rings, do i use the standard hoses?

and what sort of bedding in time am i looking at mileagewise?

Yeah you use std hoses, make sure you keep the hollow nut and the washers and swap across from the std caliper.

do i need caliper carriers or will they fit on the standard ones?
