Understanding the customers needs.

Being on the same level as the customer.

Continual customer support after the sale.

Making sure the customer is entirely happy with the product/service with emphasis on "the customer comes first".

treat the customer as you would want to be treated... use a quote in there somewhere maybe and this site should help

customer care is everything, from, understanding th customer needs, making sure that their needs are met, to making sure that the appearence of the store is in top condition, and that the customers experience with the compnay will be of the highest standard in order for repeat custom. A level business, unit 16: customer service....grade A

But it doesn't ask for a defination of good customer service, it asks you to define what your understanding of customer care is.

I put :

"A customer is not an iterruption of our work, but the purpose of it.

Choose the correct attitude > Exceed expectations > Make their day"
