Got in the car this morning and there was a slight damp patch below the clutch pedal. I assumed it was because I left the heaters on 2 last night when I went in, and it rained heavily. However. Started the car this morning and the fan sounded like it was full of water ! Where is it? And why would it be full of water? Would a faulty/non existant Pollen filter cause this? I think I need to investigate, as this has happened more than once now!

not to sure replace the pollen filter and see if it helps

its the heat rad... suposed to be a pain in the cnut to get at too....

damp nah... pool of water yeh maybe i misread i thought you said you had a pool of water and a fan full of water...

yea id say heater matrix, mate did one for his uncles car other day and it was a complete arsehole, whole dash has 2 be pulled forward i think.

I miswrote ! It CAN be described as a pool of water. The fan sounded full of water though. I'm worried
