went to LEPO to buy some missing parts for my corsa!! and on the floor standing lonely I see a vauxhall red top engine!! i ask to owner of the shop about it and he say its only done something like 20k miles!! and its polished and everything!!

BUT I HAVE TO MONEY TO BUY IT!!! i still cannot stop thinkin about it!!

yeah thats y i'm even more sad about the matter!! went up to dad to ask him money!! he started laughing in my face when i told him that it was for my corsa!! never saw an engine that good conditioned!

coz it came to malta on an imported car!! and the idiot converted it to a diesel!!!!!!!

How much does he want for it?

There can't be as much demand for stuff over there being more expensive to source the other bits like mounts etc?

How do you go on for insurance for that type of mod?

Can't you put a small deposit on or something so he keeps it for you till you get the rest of the money together as it sounds like a minter

ian: mmm yeah that 1 prob! most of the stuff is rly expensive but thank god there's this garage LEPO which get original, 2nd hand and imitation parts so u can choose how much to spend!! insurance is very bad! i had £280 3rd party for a 1.2 8v and now after an accidents its £500 full but!! + im only 18!! for a 2.0 the best price i got was of £700 f.c. (not covered at the drag strip but)

carr: no i cannot because im still a student and the only ammount im getting in is £100 a month which only covers fuel right now! fortunately working in summer to finace the conversion!!

wtf? bad? are you insane...... my first insurance was €2310 on a 1.28v at 26 year old

paying €1700 for a 1.6 at the mo....

hehehe ok then seems like i should take that comment back!! the thing is that insurance have raised the price sudenly in a matter of 2yr!! i remember a guy with an rx7 paying as much as i (now) pay for my corsa!! thats y i said its become very bad!!
