Just got my online bank account suspended!
It asks for username and password - both entered correct.
Then has a secret question, these vary from dad's name, mothers maiden name, where you grew up, pet name, etc...
and 'Name your first school'
Note I don't remember entering this when I signed up  - so I'm entering what was my first school and it's going incorrect, I did it several times and now my account is suspended and I have to ring up.
Thing is - when I ring up, he'll ask me similar questions - what if they don't match whats on the computer haha!

sounds like halifax lol done the same as well just ring em and if you can answear the q's they start asking about in and out payments you have done

Ring them up, they'll be able to ask you other stuff that will verify "you're you" if you don't know those security questions!
