Sold a backbox ages ago and some punk decided not to pay, didn't bother telling me though He bought some wank 6x9's a few days later so i sent him and e-mail asking if he was going to pay. So then he's like i don't get paid till Monday so i thought fair enough i'll give him till then.
Did he pay? did he fuck!
Anyway i sent him an unpaid item dispute and i get this bullshit
"as i have smashed me car up and i am in very bad shock at the min, i dnt need it at the min, u may
off herd about the crash on the news in leek so if u would mind, just let it go 2 the next highest

Yeah right you bloody numpty, you were meant to pay ages ago so i dont give a rats arse if you have had a car crash. I've offered it to second chance but i dont think they are interested.
any ideas how i should word his well deserved feedback?

i'm not pussy footing about just to have 100% feedback. He has messed me about I know he is going to return the negative feedback but there is evidence in mine. 
put this but it reads as though he paid me 3 days later 
TIMEWASTER, Won 10thApr ,said he had no money then bought days later 13Apr,avoid

yeah, 3 unpaid.
i have one at the minute, says he thought the item was pay by paypal but its by cheque.
he says he aint got a cheque book, BULLSHIT.
people like this really piss me off.
