Could go for cams, but wouldnt get much benifit without a remap, and just the cams fitted may take it over £500.
Remap on its own could be done with £500 i think, but again, not much use without other mods.
Coould try contacting a few local Tuning places and see if they'd be interested in manufacturing you a One off intake manifold, rather than forking out a fortune for Regals device. Depends if you wanna risk it though, and how well you trust the company. Also after you get that done, you could do with a Remap... and Cams to make the most of it  .

id say a unichip, will remove flat spots and raise the rev limiter!
Then cams after that!
But both togethor will work best!
