i went austria last yr (jan/feb) salbach

Was great fun! loads of snow and the area was good if u wanted to do something during night, pubs, bowlin with bars etc. Ice skating, night skiing. (some of the slopes they rated as red / blue where a bit crazy. Canada seemed to have rated there slopes as steepness instead of wideness compared to austria) ended up doin 1 with a steep ass drop on a red.) first day nearly went off a clip / mountain.

tbh i said not canada but does that mean america to :O? once u've gone to America/Canada for snowboarding/skiing u will realise how much better it is than europe...

bigger runs
shorter queues
friendlier people
lots of terrain
much more challenging stuff

i go to america/canada every year to board and wudnt ever go back to europe... next year im going to Mammoth to become an instructor for 12 weeks! if u can afford it Mammoth Mountain in america is amazing

Depends on where you go in Canada, where I spent the past 3 months you could get from top to bottom in about 5 mins, the same could be said with places like Mammoth Mountain in the USA... Deffinately go to the Rockies if you can, Canadian if you want the best sonw...

the longest run on Mammoth is 3 miles and i went to whistler the year before where its 7 miles.... to be honest they're pretty good but whistler is overrated and shoot imo the only thing good about it was the heli skiing we did out there when there was about 8 foot of powder

i went to sas fee this year in switzerland. the skiing is preaty good and there is an ok jump park. there is a brilliant night life there too. there is an brilliant pub down the road in sas grunde and if you stay there and catch the bus for 5 mins up to sas fee it is alot cheeper. and you can got to alot of other resorts if you are willing to make the effort to catch the bus

Andorra is good. Tax free principality, so booze, fags, electrical goods etc are dirt cheap.
