My laptop never came with a paint program I only need the basic crappy one just to blank my number plates off in pics etc...

Were can i DL one for free??

is it running XP?, just go to control panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, double click accessories and utilities, then click the check box for accessories until it has a tick in a WHITE box, not a grey box.
