Ed, the discolouration on the lobes is not an issue, get some WD40 on them, then when you come to use them, scotchbrite pad will make them all shinee again, and panishing (sp?) the lifters will help too.

P.S u2u me if you want a hand, I'm not too busy after PVS, but not before. Can come over and give you a hand, only about 30mins from the chalfonts.
