Corsa with X16XE/XEL(1.6 16V) engines £515,00
Tubular cabon steel manifold, T2 series turbocharger with internal wastegate, good up to 220bhp (with internal mods to match)
bloke makes them and hes shit hot with turbos, his email is c20xe@hotmail.com
BUT its not a matter of bolt it on and away you go 200bhp, you will need to run low PSi until internals can take the presure of full/high boost.

You can run a bar boost with a decent head spacer plate and a 5th injector.
Although a good set would be steel rods, forged pisotns under piston cooling.
But the bottom end is ok with a bar. abotu 170BHPish

You would get more reliable performance from a throttle body conversion for that sort of money...

ive looked into this before, and decided against the turbo because of reliability issues.
give SBD a call, they do a 164 bhp throttle body kit, everything u need including dta management for £1700

ive been looking at the throttle body kits because they are cheaper and the torque curves are steady on them with decent power gains aswell. does anyone know what the fuel economy is like? (i dont wana be spendin too much on fuel cos i know that they use 2.0l 8v injectors)
a turbo would be nice for the dump valve but they are very expensive and are alot of hassle if you fit em your self

do i have to completely overhaul the internals and then run it in or just run it on low boost for a bit and bed it in?
