yeah, bought it on wednesday nite, take off and general driving of it is much better than my sick gsi, but i still prefer the meaty pull of the corsa, the vts feels pure tuned.

Ive driven a VTS and they are quicker but the Corsa is so much better built and perfromance there isnt a great deal in it to be perfectly honest in my opinion.

yeah in your opion mate,
oh here we go another person who owns a corsa sayin the vts isnt that quick.
it is a very smart car think all that power outta a 1.6, i know the build quality aint that great but, handling makes up for it.

My mate just got one of these aswell, his is sitting at 147 bhp from a full SS exhaust, de-cat, 4-2-1 manifold, BMC ram air intake and fuel regulator
Its fast as fook, just slam it on the vts wheels and get ^^^^ that stuff job done

They respond really well to breathing mods. stu surley he gotta be runnin new cams on that thought.
27bhp from
bmc air filter
4-2-1 mainfold which prob decated it
full sytem exhaust
bit strange

Only better because it's quicker. Those power claims are a bit over zelous though. You'd be lucky to see 7 - 10bhp from that lot Tom.
I'd still rather have a Corsa GSi though. Have you seen the Paxo Interior?? With the money I save from buying not a Paxo, I'd turbocharge the 1600 GSi.

I'm sure that the facelift model has 130 bhp not 120 like on the pre facelift ones?
Still 17 bhp from the above still seems a bit optimistic though

yeah, still got the gsi, but it realy started showing its age last few months, when i bought it i never planned on putting it throught 500+ miles a week and its realy gotten old quick
needs a lot of work, engine is fairly fuked and general look is just jaded. hoping to hold on to it, as corsa gsi as i have said before are nearly impossible to find her in ireland, and opels ones are impossible.
but looking to buy a house in a few months, and something might have to go

as for the the vts, it is defintly faster and holds the road very very well, build quality compared to the corsa is hard to compare as my corsa was already 10 yrs old when i bought it. the vts had some sad looking lexus lights and rear exhaust i want to rid of, maybe a 40mm drop if i can sort a swap for the lights and exhaust i am taking off.

My Paxo is built quite well but the paint work is so bad. Cars got 5k on the clock now and has rust bits If it gets really bad then it will be going towards a Clio
