Usually just keep them clean . You can buy wheel wax etc though if you want.

i think i got fookin cheap break pads on mine coz my allloy are black after a couple of days!

Mine are covered in all kinds of crap after just 2 weeks when i spent hours cleaning it. Always seems to rain when i have to be at work or uni so they get loads of shit on them off the motorway. Think i'll have a look for that wheel wax stuff though
