 I had almost the exact same thing happen to me the other day, was heading along dual carriageway with a lady friend of mine, when the fool in the Mazda 323 in front of me totally lost concentration and ploughed into the central reserve at about 70-80-ish mph
As he hit the kerb his car spun out sideways, so he was now sort of drifting along with his front two wheels on the road, and the rear wheels up on the kerb, throwing up all manner of crap from rocks to coke cans into the front of my car
I just broke as heavily as i dared to in the wet, and luckily the pleb in front didnt make contact... which was a shame cos I would of liked a reason to smash his head into a wall
