Need to apply for my CBT before I can start my proper bike lessons and apparantley can't without both bits of my license.

How do I get a new one (e.g. can I just ring up rather than filling in a form?)

I know u need to pay, but I'm sure i've heard someone say you can just ring up now?

You have to que for forms in the post office here about a 25 min wait at lunchtime feck that, might leave early then.

Can do it over the phone, make sure you say you have lost both pieces or they make you send the piece of paper back which is abit of a ball ache
