Hopw do you check if a Power Cap has been discharged? (My cap hasn't been connected to a charged battery for months, I think it's been like 5 months)
How do you discharge a Power Cap if it is still charged?
And finally, how do you re-charge a Power Cap once you have finished working on the wiring e.t.c...?

Thanks for your help
