mine is broke/ split away fom where it should be

so has this happened to anyone else?

how much did it cost to fix?
was it just a weld up job?


also the universal side mounts on bucket seats, where are the bolted to?

the side mounts are bolted 2 the floor. but aint got no info on the seat mount
